Questions, answered
Is a portal better than an existing tool?
Often no, and we will tell you so. We start by finding what the off-the-shelf options cannot do. A custom portal earns its keep when your workflow, your customers or your integrations genuinely do not fit anything on the market.
Can a portal connect to our existing tools?
Usually, but it depends on the API. We check what is actually available, who owns the data and what happens when a call fails, before we promise anything in writing.
