Do you use themes, page builders or a plug-and-play CMS?
No. Every project is hand-coded from scratch. We do not ship themes, page builders or licence-locked CMS platforms. If a project genuinely needs a content layer, we pick one you fully own and integrate it properly.
What is included with every project?
Free prototype screenshots before you pay, a year of support covering updates and feature changes, library upgrades and re-audits, a year of your chosen domain, and the full setup and deployment at no extra cost. Nothing is invoiced until you approve the direction.
When do I actually pay?
After you have seen the free prototype screenshots and approved the scope. If the prototype misses, you walk away without an invoice. The first invoice goes out once the scope and schedule are signed off.
Who owns the code, designs and domain?
You do. The source code, the designs, the deployment details, the DNS and the domain are all yours. We list any third-party licences and ongoing responsibilities so nothing is ambiguous.
What happens after the first year of support?
The first year of support and the first year of the domain are included. After that, maintenance is optional and quoted separately, or your team takes it in-house. Either way, nothing ties you to us.
How do I know which service I need?
A custom website explains what you offer and guides enquiries. A client portal supports an ongoing workflow for customers or a team. SaaS delivers a repeatable service through software. We work out which one fits before anyone writes a scope.
Can you work with an existing brand or codebase?
Usually, yes. We take over tired or outdated websites, portals and SaaS products, re-architect them for security and performance, upgrade what needs upgrading, and ship the next version without rewriting your business.
How is security handled?
It is designed into the architecture rather than scanned in at the end. We model the threats, keep the attack surface small, pin dependencies and keep them patched, then audit the build before launch and again on a schedule through the support year.
How are projects priced?
Scope depends on the number of pages or workflows, how ready the content is, what needs integrating, how much data has to move, and the accessibility and security requirements. We do not publish invented package prices. You get an honest proposal after the free prototype.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or conversion results?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We can set honest targets for accessibility, performance, clarity and technical SEO. Whether a business grows depends on the offer, the audience, the content and the distribution, most of which sits outside the build.
Where will my project be deployed?
Wherever fits the workload: Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Fly.io, Hetzner, a VPS or your own cloud. If you bring your own infrastructure, we deploy there. The setup is documented end to end and stays yours.
